“I just wanted to offer a word of praise for Jeff who did our Yanmar engine check today. He arrived on time. He had all he needed to do the work. He had researched the engine before he arrived including consulting with a more senior mechanic before arriving. He was cheerful, meticulous, clean, and quick.”
“I would view him as a credit to your company.”
