I called them at 8AM to see if I could schedule a tech to sort out two issues I was having on my Kohler 20kw generator. I was expecting an appointment a few weeks out. Andy came out that afternoon. He was super knowledgeable and a very nice guy. He had my generator fixed and running great in under an hour. Could not recommend them more highly.Posted on Google
Kim Seymour508 days agoI have dealt with Mike Mayo at Tacoma diesel and equipment and he has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. I love it when I get really experienced partsman their worth their weight in gold if you’re doing business. I had been to roughly a dozen other businesses before I found Tacoma diesel and equipment and Mike was the only one who knew what I was talking about. He has helped us keep our operation running. Jacob Daley760 days agoI hired two other generator companies to attempt to fix my generator that had a locked rotor code. One company never showed, the other company diagnosed it incorrectly and damaged the generator further. Tacoma diesel diagnosed the problem very quickly and got my generator up and running.+0Posted on Google

Mary Kuechler1004 days agoTacoma Diesel provides the highest level of customer service!! We experienced an "after-hours" problem with our usually reliable home generator and happened to have a cellphone # for one of the technicians who did the original installation. We called that number and although a different employee answered, David didn't miss a beat. David had already left their office for the day and was driving home but was super willing to help and walked us through the troubleshooting over the phone and helped identify our problem. Justin came the next day to ensure that everything was running in tip-top shape. Justin was extremely thorough and knowledgeable too. We have total confidence in Tacoma Diesel's products and services and are so appreciative of their fantastic employees who go the extra distance.Posted on Google

Richard Siegel3757 days agoI had a great experiences with Curt Bartnes and two mechanics from Tacoma Diesel. I own a small motorsailer and have been their customer for three seasons now and they are awesome. This time, a warning alarm and light went off that let me know my exhaust temperature was very high. I was close to my homeport so I limped in for the last 1/4 mile turning the engine on and off to let the exhaust cool: Tacoma Diesel to the rescue. Although all of their mechanics were working on a huge job, Curt promised me help and two mechanics showed up early in the morning and removed my exhaust elbow which was determined to be clogged. They brought it back to the shop, were able to clean it out, and reinstalled it with a new hose. All this for my little 39' boat while they were facing deadlines on a larger job. These folks are top notch --responsive and responsible, and provide excellent and reliable service. "Hats off" to Curt and his crew at Tacoma Diesel and Equipment.
